Having the support of a doula can make a meaningful difference during pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood. A doula offers continuous emotional, practical, and informational support, helping you to feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout your journey. Rather than replacing medical professionals, a doula works alongside your existing care team to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered in the decisions that matter most to you and your family.





About My Support
I believe that pregnancy and early parenthood are deeply personal experiences, and my role is to provide a calm, supportive presence where you feel safe to explore your options, ask questions, and prepare for the journey ahead. My aim is to help you feel confident and empowered, whatever path your birth and parenting experience takes.
I offer a range of supportive services including antenatal preparation, mindfulness sessions for pregnancy, postnatal guidance, and ongoing emotional support. Through antenatal classes we can explore topics such as preparing for birth, understanding your options, creating a birth plan, and building confidence for the transition into parenthood. My pregnancy mindfulness classes provide a peaceful space to slow down, connect with your body and baby, and reduce anxiety through gentle relaxation and reflection.
As an artist, I also love incorporating creative practices such as bonding through art and mindful creativity. These gentle activities can help parents slow down, reflect on their journey, and build a deeper connection with their baby during pregnancy and early parenthood.
Alongside our sessions, I offer ongoing support through telephone and text contact, meaning you are never navigating your questions or worries alone.
Whether you need practical guidance, emotional reassurance, or simply someone to listen, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and encouragement as you move through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of family life.
